A Day in the Life of the Copy Shop

I'm in charge of the Copy Shop @ a university downtown. No day here is ever the same. Right now, we're rather busy, as it's the beginning of the spring semester for the med and business schools. Additionally, there's a poster presentation, so we're really busy.
Some people know what they want when they come here. It is stated plainly, and the work is done. Some need their hands held, and have to have someone explain every step, usually more information than they need.
Today is a hand holding day. No one seems to know what they want, when they want it, or how to explain it to me. I find days like this rather irritating. Clearly, everyone does not know exactly what they want when they come to a print shop, but you know, having a general idea is a good thing.

That was my bitch for the day. Ok, so written bitch for the day.
